The Wholehearted Woman programs invite women to connect to their natural essence qualities and engage with feminine principles to support them to grow and thrive in more natural, empowering ways. Women discover the power of surrendering into their sensuality and embodying their authentic expression to live in a more natural flow and rhythm.  We disrupt old stories of invisibility, lack and shame and embrace joy and pleasure as vital ways to thrive. Through this we enhance our relationships with others and our world around us.  The connection that is cultivated between the women in our programs is vital to the actualisation of their potential. As women form richer, deeper, unwavering  relaitonships with themselves, they naturally move from competitive, comparative dynamics with other women to a culture of support and celebration. This community of women is key to sustaining momentum in a culture that is still stuck in old patriachal power dynamics.
